Q: I am totally lost with your packages. Why does it say ‘starting at'?’ and when i go to check out, it is charging me that price?

A: Great question! It’s a little tricky, we know. We have each package listed out as a starting cost, which is inclusive of our minimum of 50 guest names (this is applicable to pricing for seating charts, placards, etc.) as well as our lowest priced material (i.e. paper or wood, depending on the item itself). Once you select ‘Add to Cart’ you will be immediately prompted with a form to complete. This is where you will be able to customize each piece your package includes ; what material you’d like, what kind of sign you’d like, and wha you’d like your sign to say. Regardless of those selections, you will only be charged the retainer fee. Once your order is submitted, Kara will look over the form you’ve submitted and follow-up with you to confirm each items customizations, and add-on’s you’d like, etc. From here, you will then be invoiced for the difference of those customizations, if applicable.


Q: Why should i purchase a package instead of buying each item a la carte?

A:  Our package pricing is structured to be more budget-friendly to our brides. Being a recent bride myself, I know how important the details are, and believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice what you want to stay on budget. Therefore, our package pricing is discounted at 15% or more, in comparison to our ‘a la carte’ pricing.


Q: I really want to book you for both calligraphy and floral. How can I do that?

A:  We would love nothing more! If you find one our calligraphy packages to be suitable to you, please select the ‘Book Now’ icon, add the package to your cart, and complete the form accordingly. At the end of each form, it will ask “Are you also interested in using our floral services?” you may select ‘Yes” and from there, like any other purchase, Kara will follow-up with you regarding your calligraphy and floral needs.


Q: i jumped the gun and already bought decor items online, but still need a florist. can i book you for floral only?
